VWVortex.com Events Coverage Welcome to our series coverage of the European 2005 event schedule.
VWvortex is pleased to announce we're partnering with VWHome.de in providing our readers the very latest and greatest coverage of some killer Euro events for 2005. Some will be huge, and others will be but mere informal GTGs, but the point is that we hope to provide an unparalleled slice of the Euro show scene for those of you unable to see such things for yourself.
Next up is coverage of the Breddorf VW and Audi Spring Meeting which took place on April 23 in North Germany. According to Patrick Hille of vwhome.de this was a very good event. Held in Breddorf in northern Germany, the actual venue was local tuner Ingo Noak Tuning.
The weather was great and about 400 cars made the trek. Many new cars turned up, including a Seat Leon running an air-ride suspension and (according to Patrick) a bit too much 2F2F tuning. Some nice older cars made for a bit of balance, specifically a sweet Mk1 Golf with a 16v running Weber carbs and a pretty set of TH Line wheels.
