How long have you owned this car? 8 months

Is there anything unique about the history of this car? It has a completely custom boser hood. It comes down further than a normal boser.

Why did you choose this car to purchase? I knew I could make it quick and reliable

What other cars did you consider? A Nissan 240SX (Who wants a Japanese car though?)

What was your objective with this car? To make it faster than most cars out on the road, and have it be as reliable as possible for going to college

What tuning style would you describe this car as? I would say street racer, because he just has a mean look to it!

Who helped you build this car? My friend josh, and the local VW shop. (Dick Autohaus)

What makes your car special? I have put all of my time and money into this car. Being in high school doesn’t allow me to work full time and make a lot of money. So what I have done is a real accomplishment to me.

What is your favorite part/feature/function? I love my K04 turbo I just installed with my friend Josh. It took us 13 hours but it was all worth it!

Who or what inspired the direction of modifications on this car? My neighbor inspired me. He always told me my old car, a 1992 Nissan 300ZX, was all show and no go. So when I got this car I showed him what "go" is all about.

What don't you like about this car? I don’t like having 19’s. I have an R32 brake setup so it's hard not to run a big sized wheel, and it's expensive to buy a new set. I need to get my fenders rolled!

What was your biggest obstacle in building this car? The biggest obstacle was working with my friend Josh. He always wanted to do everything the quick way even if it wasn’t completely right. Also having a girlfriend was a big obstacle. I haven’t found a girlfriend yet that shares the same passion for my car as I do.

How did you overcome the issue? When I work with Josh I just let him know that this car isn’t something that I want to look like crap. I want to keep it as clean as possible.

What would you change if you could? I would get new wheels. A pair of 18’s or 17’s would be great!

On a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied are you with the outcome of this project? 8, there are always a few more things that you want to do. I would like to get a few engine parts polished.

What would you do to the car if money were no object? Wow, that would be a dream! I would definitely get the car
painted. Maybe chameleon? And I would delete all of the trim.

Who has been your biggest critic of this project? My dad, all he tells me to do is save my money for college. To hell with that, I am only gonna have a short amount of time before I’m not gonna have any money to spend on it. College is expensive!

What do your family and friends say about this car? My mom loves the car which is great. All of my friends think it is sick as hell, even though they are into Japanese tuner cars. Lame!

What is your most memorable/humorous/embarrassing moment with this car? The first time I drove it in the snow. I tagged a curb with the front right tire and did about $1,700 in damage.

Has this car competed in any events? Not yet, I bought it in October, and there aren’t to many events around here in October.

What is your favorite place to drive this car? Driving to Vancouver, Canada. I love the drive to Vancouver, and everyone always gives me positive comments on it when I am there.

What is your ideal day with this car? My ideal day would be a just be a nice drive down near the Snake River.

Who gets to drive this car? Nobody!

If your car had a motto, what would it be? Mean!

If you had to name your car, what would you name it? I would name it boser. I love the look of that boser hood.

What was your previous project? A 1992 Nissan 300ZX

What is your next project? Hopefully an R32 when I graduate college.

What one word best describes your car? Mine.

Anything else you’d like to share? I just want to thank Josh, and Dick Autohaus for all the help you guys have given me.
