How long have you owned this car?
Is there anything unique about the history of this car?
It’s a 2010 GTI, that’s about it.
What drew you to this specific car?
I’ve had other VWs in the past 2001 jetta, 98 VR6 jetta, I just wanted something with a turbo and when I graduated college these cars were just coming out. So I jumped on it.
What other cars did you consider?
MKV GTI or a MK4 R32
What was your objective with this car?
Clean, simple, tasteful.
What tuning style would you describe this car as?
Who helped you build this car?
Guys over at 20squared tuning, and my friend Jeff
What makes your car special?
I wanted with go with the white black theme, a lot of people do but I like the whole storm trooper look
What is your favorite part/feature/function?
The entire interior of the car, VW did an amazing job with the functionality of everything.
Who or what inspired the direction of modifications on this car?
When first putting it all together my friend said it looks like a storm trooper and that’s where I got my ideas.
What don’t you like about this car?
I love everything
What was your biggest obstacle in building this car?
Money is always an obstacle, and time.
How did you overcome the issue?
What would you change if you could?
On a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied are you with the outcome of this project?
6. There is always room for improvement.
What would you do to the car if money were no object?
Big turbo set up, shave bay, Air ride but keeping it all clean and simple looking.
Who has been your biggest critic of this project?
Myself I love just thinking of different ways to keep it always changing.
What do your family and friends say about this car?
Friends love it, Family loves that I have such a passion for cars.
What is your most memorable/humorous/embarrassing moment with this car?
When going to the shows I have a Star Wars helmet that I place on the headrest of the passenger seat and its always funny to be driving down the road and people do a double take.
What is your favorite story about this car?
Pulled up at a red light and the guy next to me yelled at me saying is that the new civic? I shook my head and said yes they come with a turbo now, and took off as the light turned green.
Has this car competed in any events?
2010 Spring Show ‘n’ Go, Didn’t place; Waterfest 2010, Didn’t place; and H20i 2010, Took third.
What is your favorite place to drive this car?
Couple of winding roads where I live just taking it out and hitting third gear under full boost is amazing.
What is your ideal day with this car?
Cool fall day about 75 outside sun shining with my friends just going for a drive.

My close friends and me.
If your car had a motto, what would it be?
Head turning simplicity .
If you had to name your car, what would you name it?
My sister has taken it upon herself to name every car in our family after the sound of music she named my car Greta.
What was your previous project?
Mk3 jetta vr6 all motor.
What is your next project?
This car is always going to be under the knife. also my 1971 Honda 550four motorcycle, and A Harley Davidson bike haha.
What one word best describes your car?
Any regrets? Tell us about it.
At first I wish I got the four door but after driving this car no regrets now.

Really love the way that cars can bring people together.
