How long have you owned this car? Since May of 2002

Is there anything unique about the history of this car? I’m only the second owner

Why did you choose this car to purchase? I was in the market and tired of my old 4dr Rabbit

What other cars did you consider? Not many. I saw this one and wanted it

What was your objective with this car? Refresh the paint smooth the engine bay and new interior

What tuning style would you describe this car as? 80’s style

Who helped you build this car? Too many to list, but thanks to all that did

What makes your car special? So far everyone that has seen it tells me its awsome, I have yet to find someone who disliked

What is your favorite part/feature/function? The engine and wheels

Who or what inspired the direction of modifications on this car? No real inspiration, I just went with what I thought looked good to me, because that’s really all that matters. I mean, it is my car insn’t it?

What don’t you like about this car? The minor dents and dings that still need repaired

What is your biggest obstacle in building this car? Saving up to repaint, and shave certain items

How did you overcome the issue? Haven’t yet, still saving

What would you change if you could? The sunroof, I’d rather not have it

On a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied are you with the outcome of this project? 9, it still needs paint and body work

What would you do to the car if money were no object? Total restoration

Who has been your biggest critic of this project? Me

What do your family and friends say about this car? They love it

What is your most memorable/humorous/embarrassing moment with this car? Racing a honda and geting caught- we both got in trouble

Has this car competed in any events? I have acouple 1st and 2nd place trophies

What is your favorite place to drive this car? Twisty roads and switchbacks

What is your ideal day with this car? Any day
