Last April in Giessen, 4,000 car enthusiasts met at a Wal-Mart superstore to have a good time together and take part in this year’s Mammuttreffen, held in Giessen.
With numerous different categories, competitors competed for a large collection of trophies. One of the main attractions was the sound-off contest, and 20 different vendors had plenty of things for sale.
For the hungry, there was also a wide selection, including coffee, cakes and cookies, while vendors also sold pizza and bratwurst.
The events notriety has spread enough that a local television news crew and camera team attended, along with some local press photographers.
