Each year, Rally Sweden is known for it's extremely high speeds on frozen and snow-covered roadways, but with this sudden rise in temperature, this snow and ice has changed to standing water, making many stages completely impassable. There is some good news, though, as much colder temperatures and snow are both in the forecast. By delaying the start of Rally until Friday, organizers hope that they'll be able to salvage the event.
