With yet another first for the Volkswagen and Audi tuning market, Forge Motorsport is the first and only manufacturer to have developed and patented an atmospheric blow-off valve adapter for the all-new Volkswagen and Audi 2.0 Liter Turbo FSI engines.
Simple in execution, yet offering the highly desirable blow-off valve sound, this product has been designed to allow atmospheric valve operation that is 100% compatible with the ME9 Bosch engine management systems currently employed on the following vehicles:
– A5 Audi A3 2.0 Turbo FSI
– B7 Audi A4 2.0 Turbo FSI
– A5 Volkswagen Golf GTI/Jetta GLI 2.0 Turbo FSI
– B6 Volkswagen Passat 2.0 Turbo FSI

Because this product still retains the use of the OEM electronically-controlled dump valve, the ECU retains full control over the actuation of the valve. Data is collected by the ECU from the mass air-flow sensor, MAP sensor, throttle position sensor, and O2 sensors to determine the most appropriate response of the valve. This means that the valve may not necessarily vent under all throttle lift conditions as a normal vacuum/pressure actuated valve would but also that absolutely no decrease in drivability, reliability, nor fuel economy will be experienced.
This adapter is built with Viton™ brand silicone o-rings to maintain a proper and reliable seal, it is supplied with all necessary hardware for installation, and detailed fitting instructions are also included to aid in installation which will require access to underneath the vehicle.
All Forge Motorsport valve products are manufactured in house from 6061 solid billet alloy under ISO Quality Control Standard 9001. Certified Patents on this component also ensure that you will receive a genuine Forge Motorsport product and it carries our Lifetime “No Hassle” Guarantee which is fully transferable to any subsequent product owner.
Stay tuned for future development for these applications form Forge Motorsport.
