Continuing the process of re-structuring its European Distribution Network, SEAT, S.A., the Spanish car manufacturer, has reached an agreement with the Moller Group, former SEAT importer in Norway.
In the future, the representation of the Spanish brand will be based on SEAT’s new Modular Distribution System. Moller Group will continue to provide an after-sales network to SEAT customers, whereas the sale of new cars will be handled by the Spanish manufacturer itself, and the Norwegian SEAT dealers will have a direct contractual relationship with SEAT.
With this Modular Distribution System, SEAT takes advantage of the New Block Exemption regulations, combining the local know-how and expertise of the Moller Group with the Spanish brand’s very lean and efficient approach to car distribution in Europe, to meet the increasingly customer’s expectations.
