Dear Miami and Chicago area Volkswagen owners,
In recognition of your continued trust, loyalty and admiration of our German-engineered cars, we’d like to reward you with an exciting offer that certainly doesn’t come across your way every day.
You and a guest are invited to an exhilarating Ride and Drive event where you will experience some of the most awesome, high performance cars in our fleet like the Jetta GLI and the GTI 1.8T. Additionally, you will also be driving in Spec Racers which are single-seat, open- cockpit, closed-wheel, 4-speed manual transmission cars (like a mini-formula car) capable of speeds up to 120 mph.
We have linked up with Motor Trend/Automobile and Car and Driver/Road and Track magazines to bring you these events. There are no strings attached. Nothing. Think of it as a nice gift from us to you.
We are designing special tracks to maximize your driving experience. At the end of the day, you will compete against other drivers in a Spec Racer competition round and prizes will be awarded to winning teams.
The Miami event will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 4-5, 2003 at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. The Chicago event will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 11-12, 2003 at the Route 66 Speedway in Joliet, IL. We are setting up morning sessions (8-12) and afternoon sessions (1-5) each day. You are entitled to pick the day and session of your choice.
By attending this event you and your guest will receive loads of free goodies, including a chance to win an iPod.
To register for this event, you must call us now at 1-800 DRIVE VW to reserve your spot. Hurry, space is allocated on a first come first served basis so act now. Our call center will be happy to mail to you all the necessary event information.
Your friends at Volkswagen.
