AUBURN HILLS, Mich.—Volkswagen Group of America today announced that PEAK PERFORMANCE will be the exclusive provider for their new industry-leading service retention program, named Volkswagen TRAC – Target & Retain Aftersales Customers. TRAC was exclusively designed by Volkswagen to increase customer retention and brand loyalty through targeted customer segmentation for enriched one-to-one marketing.

The program will be offered to all dealers and subsidized 100 percent by Volkswagen Group of America as part of their new service retention and parts marketing strategy to increase service traffic and part sales. PEAK PERFORMANCE has existing relationships with over 200 Volkswagen dealers. Moving forward, PEAK PERFORMANCE will execute and launch this program to all dealers in 2008.
