AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – VW Credit, Inc. continues to provide exceptional service to its customers, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2004 Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study released earlier this month.
The study indicates that VW Credit, Inc. earned a gold medal for floor planning, a silver medal for prime retail credit and bronze medals for retail leasing and account management. VW Credit, Inc. scored 94% in the overall satisfaction measure, coming in only behind BMW with 96% and Lexus with 95%.
“Volkswagen Credit had a very strong showing in this year’s study,” said Kevin Kelly, President and CEO, VW Credit, Inc., “but we won’t be satisfied until we’re first in all categories. The competition is getting stronger and we must become even more focused on providing exceptional customer service.”
The study, based on responses from more than 4,000 dealer principals, measures satisfaction levels with finance providers in five main areas: prime retail credit, non-prime retail credit, retail leasing, floor planning and account management. Volkswagen Credit chose not to participate in the non-prime retail category.
