Watch: This MTM Tuned SQ2 is Nearly as Fast as an Urus on Track

Although it’s technically a crossover, there have been many who have argued that the SQ2 is more of a hot hatch really. When it’s tuned by MTM, it’s easy to see why.

Germany’s AutoBild decided to take the 473 hp 450 lb-ft of torque pocket monster around the Sachsenring. The results are kind of shockingly good.

The tuner says its Stage 4 SQ2 is good for a 0-60 split of just 3.5 seconds and a 174 mph top speed. All of which means it hustles around the track in 1:37.5.

That’s faster than an X3M Competition, an RS5 Coupe, a Jaguar F-Pace SVR, and it’s only half-a-second slower than the Lamborghini Urus.

It’s all pretty good for a little crossover that could.
