Funny observation.

Since I got my 20th AE, people that drive by my house have been intentionally reving their engine suddenly as they pass by. Some exhaust tones are all right, but I get a lot of ricers that fart really loud as they pass. Those ricers sounds so bad that I can almost smell it.

Its like people want me to go out and play.
On a side note, I had a girl knock on my door the other day wanting to know more about my car and I was like "How you do'in?"

But I was sick that day.

I get the same thing, but since I have an Imola, alot of other yellow cars "mess" with me, like Neons and Cavalier's, and as always the good old ricers. As if having chrome stripping,Altezzas and a body kit attached by deck screws wasnt embarassment enough, they want to "race" me. The more Type R badges they have the more they "pimp" the DX! Sweet, 94 horses of fury. The only way to stop it is "teach them a lesson"

Besides, its jealousy which fuels it.

I know, i mean why o' why buy a civic DX and invest money in it?

It would be the same as buying a 4 cylinder NON turbo golf and investing $$ into it.

Well if you want an EK civic hatch, the top of the line is only a DX.

Are you sure about that? There is a guy from the bay area in cali with a mk3 2.0 that runs 12's... daily driven
