Tonites only other mod consisted GIAC race program and some 104. As I said yesterday her only other related mod is a TT downpipe back exhuast (stock cat and DP). She aso ditched the spare today and some clothes we had in the car.

She is so cute up there, she stages like some big dog wiht like 1+ second reaction times, waiting to get the perfect lauch. 2.0s on her second nite on stock goodyear eagles is not bad at all.

Um the weights you posted are not the correct car weights.
The A4 1.8Tq is about 3300 lbs
The Jetta - depending on it's trim level is approximately 2,950 to 3,100

Re: And she does it again, 14.45 @ 96.93 (AudiGirl315)

uhh.. audigirl...
First: JLuccio is administration here.. I think he kinda needs to post around here.
second: the weights you listed are the total weights of the car, fully loaded, not race ready. They are an example of how heavy the car should weigh with the maximum amountof luggage, people and fuel in the car just as you said in your post. The problem with your comparison is that (and I dont know this part) one of the cars may be rated to carry more then the other, so the comparison of 594 lbs heavier is subject to discussion.
having said that, we do all know that an A4 1.8TQ is considerably heavier then a Mk IV 1.8T from the VW stable, which means that the time you ran is very good for a car with so much mid section to haul around.
Btw.. I love watching AWD cars launch... I was there when the GAIC equipped S4 put down a 12.8 sec pass with a 1.7 60 ft time! Can you say: 'Torque'? I knew you could! (btw, check http://www.giacusa.com for the vid that I edited of the S4 run)
Anyway. i dont think anyone is doubting your run, just making clarifications, which will happen here on the voretex... just ask Chris!

Re: And she does it again, 14.45 @ 96.93 (jim wilson)

I think that is awesome. I ran my first ever drag race last night, and the best I did was:
15.271 (second ever run) @91.11. Is this bad or just average for my mods?
R/T=1.064
60=2.375
This was a lot harder that I thought is was going to be. Nice job. Audigirl.

Wow what did I miss? I was merely posting the correct weights. Sorry if I offended anyone. That was a nice run - I'm sorry you may have takin it the wrong way.
