I'm currently looking for a place in the tempe area that offers a 6 month lease. Does anyone know of any good ones, or know of anyone trying to move out at this semester end with spring semester still left? Just thought I'd try here, Thanks alot. Btw, I'm looking for a two bedroom if that helps..

pick up the rent book at walmart, grocery store, etc... they have a little table in them, usually towards the middle, that says "short term lease available".
if the little box under that heading is checked, short term leasing is available, and short term starts at 6 months. most places will offer short term leases, however, you wont get a discounted rate, and are unlikely to qualify for their special move in rates..

If your staying in Scottsdale I know of a really nice Apt complex. Very affordable, located right near a grocery store and gas station, and very easy 101 access. Shelander lives there and I had the chance to take a tour of the various sizes of 2 bedrooms places. Get me on IM if you have any questions.
