Well I have a 20thAE with about 6.5k miles on it. I am incredibly interested in spraying occasionally. I would go stage III but its too much for something I would use too little, N20 seems the way to go. Anyway, I was wondering something about nozzle install. Is it possible to mount the nozzles where the DV comes off the IC piping, or is it too far from the T/B? The reason I ask, is that the car is under warranty and I would like to be able to take off the kit relativley easily every 5k miles. Also is there a way to tap the fuel supply without cutting any lines? I intend to run an NX kit with a 50 shot wet and an APR 93 octane chip with 100 octane in the tank for extra insurance. Any comments would be appreciated.

I run the nx kit. you need to put the nozzle near the manifold, and you will have grab fuel somewhere for a wet kit, but cutting the line is no biggie I did and I am no mechanic.

All of the nitrous kits I've seen come with instructions with suggestions on nozzle placement. With a wet kit, you can't get too far "upstream" because the nitrous gas will travel to the combustion chamber a lot faster than liquid gasoline. (Now maybe if you had propane injection...)
I run a direct-port wet kit on my '01. I did make one modification, and that's putting the nitrous metering jets before the distribution block (to slow nitrous delivery to the nozzles). It takes machine work though... I just happen to have one of those Horror Fright mini lathes and lots and lots of patience.

Do it right, or dont do it at all. One thing with spraying is, you have to be prepared for the worst case scenerio. Also, you can not depend on pulling parts off to stop warranty voiding. The local Service Writers/Managers know me, my car, and that I race... without even seeing me, my car, or me race. Word spreads.

http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif in my personal experience, KrautFed has helped me prepare a lot for the nitrous install.
some one told me "nitrous is like a super hot girl with STDs. you know you wanna hit it, but you're afraid of the consequences"
so be prepared for the worst and good luck

What about the ATP Additonal injector mount? How well will it work if i spray through there?

A little too close to the intake runners IMHO.

and was wondering whether you took off the IC piping to cut it. Thanks

yes, I took it completely off, decided where to cut it, then sliced it.
