Yes, it’s the inner taillight on the trunk. Only half of the turn signal led lights up when turned on, it sucks. My rear end was face lifted a year ago, yeah.

Well this sucks, I got a replacement for the left side inner taillight but I havent put it on and now the friking right inner tailight is started to failed.

Some of the leds are not longer working on the right side, the same way the left side did.

This is very annoying.

This is it once the right side stop working, i will put the OEM back.

Now how difficult is to install an OEM GLI tailligths hahaha

I will try to post some pictures.

Ouch that sucks, I haven’t got a new set just yet, was planing to this summer but who knows if I will because of the virus and lost money. Maybe in the winter I’ll get a new set. Also noticed that there are a lot of new brands of them popping up online on those Chinese websites. Some seem more reasonably priced but it will take someone to get them to try them for more than a year to tell if their of any type of good quality.

Yeah, I agree we should get the original vw versions but they are pricey, so it seems like that option is best for summer 2021 due to the lost jobs of most people.

Well I was able to get just the left outside led tail light identical to the one I have, but I got crushed after installing the new tail light it doesn’t work.

Same as the old one WTF.

So that leaves me feeling the wiring, it’s the culprit right .

So I will find my multimeter and I will test the wiring.

And the worse is coming since the right side inside is starting to have the same issue.

Any idea of what can be the issue?

Any help would be great

I will keep you posted.
