No one is going to tell you exactly how to do it, one reason being it's different for every car. You just have to take apart the wiring harnesses, cut and splice and move stuff to wherever it will fit. Whether that's behind the firewall or under the framerails, that all depends. The battery is usually relocated to the trunk, and everything else goes wherever it will fit. Unnecessary things are removed in most cases (wiper sprayers), and then the holes and bumps are welded smooth.

If you know what to do it's not really that big of a deal at all. IT just takes a bit of time. I think it's funny no one will tell him how to do it. What do you guys think your gods or something? It's been done in hot rods for years, nothing new here. Every hot rod I've built for someone in the last few years has had that done.
You move all the wires down into a frame rail, relocate the battery. With a pressurized system you don't absolutely have to have the overflow tank so you remove it and put a fitting in so you can add coolant some other way. The washer bottle gets chucked. The coilpack can be moved down to the subframe and you can run the wires up under all the covers. If anybody wants to know how to do it, let me know I'll blow up all the little "secrets". Any other misc wiring can be moved back with extentions to under the rain guard.
