this thread is a tribute to one of our regular customers....
we got the run around, and in turn he has to wait much longer than normal to get his charger back. fortunatley for him, he has a second unit... so he's not carless... but that's no excuse for getting hosed.
so, we got his charger fresh from an engine fire. we had to break off all kinds of melted plastic from the recirc hose. it actually melted all the way into the middle of the casing
finally got it apart and started the cleaning process. it took about 4 hours more than usual due to the crap embedded inside the casing halves.
then an hour or so of glass beading to remove the melted crud and fire deposits..... now they are starting to look like a charger again.
so thanks scott for your paitence.... it's leaving this week come hell or high water! you might wanna save these pics as we only host stuff for a short while. there will be finished product pics shortly.
many
for your understanding
