Re: (604Racing604)

without seeing the rest of the kit (ic, fueling setup, piping, etc.) it looks pretty good. They dump the WG back into the exhaust a bit soon I would think, but if they arent going for max power than its not a huge concern.
Looks like a cool option

Re: (VWGOD)

I saw that kit yesterday when I was there for the Dyno Day as well as a Mk3 Jetta VR6 with that kit installed. Wasn't time to get a ride it in, but I heard go down the street a few times and it sounded just pure "evil" (and I mean that in a good way)! As if VR6s with a good exhaust didn't sound badazz enough already!
The beauty of this kit is simplicity and low cost. Takes advantage of the VR6's displacement and gives it a nice helping hand, or KICK IN THE PANTS as I like to say. Makes me wish I would have kept my '97 Passat GLX wagon! Guess I'll just have to live with the S4, huh?

Re: (Angular)

Wow and it's even a cast manifold. That will help with the cost of the kit. I dont care about the rest it, just want the manifold and DP.

anyone know what kind of turbo it is....is it t3/t4 or is it a t4.....and what would the price be in america....thanx

I think it is a straight T4 but I'm not sure. You could use a hybrid in that application though with good results.
Someone told me the USD price was around $2250.
I also forgot to mention that the kit does include a chip to dial in the proper fuel and timing.
Yessir... I'd be pretty jealous if I didn't lay down 253 WHP with my 2L 16VT on Saturday on Kinetic's dyno.

Re: Nice VRT Kit.....sorry if its a repost (corpsedub)

Mk4 version is indeed in the works. "Coming soon."
Looks like the Stage I kit does not come with a chip. It includes a timing module, cast exh mani, Tial wastegate, downpipe, and T3/T4 turbo. I don't have exact specs on the turbo by the dyno chart pretty much tells you what you need to know.

Im going to ask, but Im guessing this is for the 12v and not the 24v right?

That is a 12v manifold. The 24 uses rectangular shaped ports, and they are more evenly spaced.
