I'm looking into this, and i'm wondering what you guys have found you like, and use. Also where you put them and how.
I'm thinking about putting a tripple, but I want it above my ash tray (something I still use). will it fit with some dremmel love?
My other idea was to have somebody cut me a sheet metal bracket to bolt in left of the steering wheel on the knee-bar (in that little divit under the vents).
Pics would be great.

Re: Gauge pods... what are you running, and where did you put them? (DubGray1.8T)

I am in the process of removing the center air ducts in the dash. Piece is made, gauges are sitting next to piece. Nothing installed yet. I did not want to give up my radio, ash tray and have power windows. I'm hoping it works, but if it doesn't I am only out a five dollar part from any junkyard. Also Batan makes an AF gauge that goes into switch blank.

my guages are where my radio was, my radio is where my ashtray was and I don't smoke LOL.

this would be my ideal situation, but I need that ash tray. I would really like to use that space above it. I think I've seen this done, but I can't remember.
oh, and I intend on getting both Bantan's A/F gauge, and the upcomming Volt.

Dude, dont you hate it when your factory Tach breaks and your only option is a really huge tach. Im beginning to think Hondas arent that reliable, because I see so many with replacement tachs in the same place you have yours......

. Just kidding man. Good job on the dash mounted gauges.

here is my setup from a audi 5000

what's with all the switches? and i love the red safety-cover switch - what's that one for?

Re: Gauge pods... what are you running, and where did you put them? (pdub72)

A friend of mine made me a custom dual gauge pod that replaces one of the center vents. They are angled up towards me as well, and are blended in with the other vent, making it one nice piece.
I'm not posting pictures again since the last time I did...the Tex ripped me a new one for being different. Silly me...not wanting to relocate my radio from the most convenient spot on the dash

Idid one in a rado in the d/s veny i put it in the flap inside and removed the side to side adjusters on the vent you could see it fine

Re: Gauge pods... what are you running, and where did you put them? (dubweizer)

Here's my setup. 3 in the stock radio slot, and 2 in a carbon panel on the center console (covers' big opening). The radio is now removed (never used it anyway) so the 2 bottom ones maybe be moved to that location
