Name that Wire!!!!!

Okay I'm going to install My A/F gauge cuz im sick of it sitting around, so I go to look at the connector and I wanted to ask you guys what wires are which..there is a black wire that looks like it was cut,(what the hell is that?) and is the wire on the far right my signal wire? thanks in advance guys!

I think that my A/F gauge is hooked up to the wire by itself. That would be the white one for you all though mine is green. Not sure why people put those A/F gauges in. They are just a lite show. You cannot depend on them for accurate readings. I have one and now wonder why I do. I use an LM-1 wide band for A/F readings.
