Does anyone get Auto Express in the UK? I get their newsletter and it shows the cover in the current weeks edition, on it is "New Golf R32", 255hp..... Anyone?? Jamie??

This is interesting because I just red this at the auto week web site.
“With the success of the R32 in the United States, Volkswagen of America is looking at bringing a line of other R cars to the States. Volkswagen Individual GmbH, a Wolfsburg-based company owned by VW but with its own distribution, development and finance divisions, is working with VW engineers to develop a line of factory-tuned vehicles and accessories similar to AMG and Mercedes-Benz. Volkswagen Individual parts and accessories are already available in Europe.
No deadline has been set for the decision, but with the next-generation GTI, Golf, Jetta and Passat ready to hit these shores in the next 24 months, a decision on the R line is expected soon.”

I'm sure it will grow on me. Besides, the initial performance specs for the 2.0T is nice. And if they bi turbo a 3.2l, omfg....look out! I will have one for sure. If the wallet can support it. Prolly have to s3. I don't care too much about the look. I will adapt.
