its going on tomorrow, and I just wanted to know if anyone had any advice for the install!

Pretty easy when following Neuspeed directions. Neuspeed has improved their installation photos and directions over many years. In my opinion they have one of the best technical directions and photos.
BTW what setting did you go to. On our MKIV Jetta lowered 1.5", I was only able to set it to the tightest setting. The car feels too tight on the rear end now and is just a little too easy to rotate in the turns. Better tires would probably take care of that issue.

Mine is on the stiffest and it still understeers. For example, I can take off ramp in 2nd and have the back end step out if I go in full throttle and then let off the gas but its very modest, it doesn't snap out or anything

Im not sure how the settings go. I set it to the one that was fully towards the rear of the car. That seems almost stiffer than the one that it is at now, the middle one.
Also, I found it very hard to massage the brackets onto the axle but after that it was pie. Just takes some patience. Overall Im happy with it.

Your running softest...its stiffest going towards engine.
