20v short runner... i need to know where to buy the 6061 intake flange?

hey guys, i need to know where to get an aluminum flange made for the intake side of my AEB head.
I was gonna do it myself on my drill press but the more i look at it those bolt holes are awefully close to the actuall runners and i'd like it to be perfect.

Find a shop that does waterjet cutting. Expect to pay a fair amount though unless you can provide some sort of DXF file of the part geometry. You may get lucky and find a shop that will program the profile off the gasket you provide them with to get the geometry. Alternatively you might approach somebody such as New South Performance and ask if you could purchase a custom flange from them as they already make the Power Gasket, so they should have a file on hand for the geometry.

Or you could just buy the manifold and cut it off of there.
