That thing is SICK!!!! Kinda looks like my project rabbit, I have Type A's but their not that nice. At least my motor is a 16v w/ a Screw Compressor

either that, or the lighting is bad and those parts were already painted the dark green..

no the doors and hood are original, no carbon fibre
And the color is Helios blue, original VW color, not green............
I will post more photo's saterday a think. Then the GTI will be standing on his own wheels again and maybe the G60 engine will be installed..............

did you happen to do anything with the parking brake cable guide tube things, like maybe replace them? If so did you bend them your self or find OEM parts?

i think he means he is missing the hole of the cable shifter... as you can see it's an g60 engine with an atb gear...so there no hole needed!
but all i can say is>>> dutch do it better!

tonight i have sandblasted the G60 rear brakes, and fitted the tyres on the 3-piece Borbet's.
Tomorrow i will paint the brakes, and thursday the axle's and suspension and wheels will be fitted !!!!!!!!!!
After four months on his own feet again......
