OK, I am in the process of reversing the DV. only one thing. i cant get those little hose clamp deals off. i managed to get the smallest on off, but the two larger ones on both sides of DV are giving me troubles.
what i want to know is if its alright to just go ahead and cut those, or is there a trick to getting them off. (i bought new hose clamps to put on if the oem ones wont go back on
once again thank you

Don't worry about asking questions...we've all been there

. Just try and search...but in this case sounds like you don't have all that much time to search and you're in the middle of installing.
Soooo...with that said, just cut them. They are one time use clamps and are a PITA to get off. Be patient...that's all. You'll get 'em. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

You shouldn't have any troubles at all. Just don't get nervous. You're not going to "hurt" anything with what you're doing. You'll know if something is not right the moment you get on the gas a little. All you have to do is switch where the two larger hoses are attached to. Of course leave the smaller hose on the nipple.

i eventually got it. bad news though. after i switched it it DID get a bit louder, but it still makes a super swirly sound of air instead of an evenly solid sound of air.
