nothing major's broken...just a few dents and scratches.. i was just wondering what i could add performacne wise to add to the car.. i was also looking to a website/place i could go to for grills..

Performance? In a 2.0? Hmmm...Turbo.
Make sure you get some suspension...drop it or be in for constant bashings.
Performance wise if you don't want a turbo or a supercharger you can buy a Chip(tt or giac), intake, exhaust(tt), new cam, theres a couple things you can do but it is a 2.0 so its still gunna be slow...welcome to the world of 2.0 drivers.

i was thinking about suspension, but the car is pretty low now, and i've heard horror stories of people gettin suspenion...but what about headlihgts...is it possible to put golf lights on a jetta... i heard stories, but im not exactly sure if it can be done

Yeah you can put golf lights on a jetta - you just need to get a golf grill and a golf hood. Many people do it. Go to the search and look up " Getta " theres a lot of pics on there. Thats actually what im in the process of doing. You can also put the MKIV lights on your jetta as well.

yeah u can try the classifieds and possibly find someone who wants to switch. im looking for someone who has a black Golf to switch with right now...
it wont cost that much depending on what lights you get and from where. And you can find a hood in good shape for around $200. And it all depends on the lights. You can get stock golf lights for cheap - or u can get e-codes...or you can get MKIV looks...it all depends on what you want...
