anyone have instructions for the DG steel skidplate?

i know you can get some mailed to you if you buy through the DG site, but if you get one used and the owner doesnt have the paperwork anymore youre SOL, right

?
if someone has the instructions, if they saved the file, or can make copies of theirs i would be mych appreciated.
uimma keep bumping this beatch until someone hooks me up

were the rivnuts supplied to you?
Do you have the "T" braces?

you need the T braces and the rivnuts to install it properly.

there are part numbers, and either place should be able to get it for you without needing to know the part numbers

1J0 018 885 A (T-bracket)..need 2
N 908 106 01 (rivnut for the bracket)...need 5
N 100 704 03 (bolt for the T-bracket rivnut, and rear bracket)...need 5
N 908 704 01 (bolt to attach skidplate to T-bracket)
1J0 018 967 (rear bracket)...IIRC need 3
1J0 018 977 (rubber mount for bracket)

Doesn't Impex carry the skidplate too...

That would pretty much be a complete parts list, right?
I do like DG and their products though.

Knowing Jim at DG, he'll email you the instructions, especially if you get the needed parts from him. He frequently gives people instructions for secondhand parts.
As per his copyright agreement, I cannot post the instructions he sent me, sorry.

I was actually suggesting that one could get everything (minus the tool) from Impex for a good deal cheaper than from DG.
I went through my favorites and found that same install link...I saved it last July

I see a few places to buy the tool online or on Ebay. But, what size are the nuts? I'm guessing metric, but...
