what size adapter do i need to put a turbo xs frl bov onto the spot where the boost return comes off of the throttle body? and is a silicone connector the only way to go? any other options? (besides welding)

Re: another short question about BOV's (VDUB-IRC)

turbo folks remove a hose when they convert from g60 to turbo, oddly one of those hoses can be cut down to fit over the TB RETURN metal AND the BOV/RBV with some clamps to keep it fittin'.

yes go with silicone hose. the O.D of the boost return out let is 1.75"
they whistle at part throttle kinda get annoying but oh well.
is u dont use silicone hose the rubber connectors blow out due to the fact they arent rated above 10psi. i have had this happen. and am currently running a rubber hose due to the fact no one around me has the right size but i had to do a lil ghetto rigging to keep them from blowing out.

nope my mechanic did that magic. hell it might be radiator hose, he has a whole shop. I just heard him say it was one of the hoses he took off and cut up. maybe i was on crack.

Re: another short question about BOV's (mrkrad)

u can use the rubber hose thats covered in the heat shield material that comes off when u take the Boost return hose out
