WOW dude ALL i have to say about MKV is Black SLAMMED and Silver 18s and your in business. I was wrong by comparing the MKv to the civic when I first saw it. They are SO SO SO much nicer! Im really really lovin this car so far

I love the mkV.. similar to the civic. but its subtle differences make it stand out a truly classy vw. its aggressive look makes it stand truer than the civic. Has alot more features. (makes the car heavier unfortunatly) but its still sexy to me. I cant wait till they come over here. I love my 2.0 but i also want an r32 and a mkV. I will have my cake and eat it too. thanks.

i saw a spy shots of the new civic. the new one is suppose to b here right about the time the new gti is comen. and the new civic looks mor sedan/coupe like. i think it was in motor trend or soemthing.
as for the mk5

I didn't like it either...
Until I read the article in Autoweek, with the headline "Dead, Solid Perfect!"
I think I will like them more, when they finally get to the US

My feelings on the MkV's...
I was so-so on the MkV golfs...
I am absolutely stunned by the MkV GTIs. I love 'em.

Not only do I think they did a solid job at designing that automobile, but it's also about time the GTI's get some "individuality" to better distinguish themselves.

However, I am still not completely sold on the rears of these cars...something about the taillights that just doesn't sit right with me.
