hey guys.. just bolted on stage 4 turn 2's motor mount kit on sunday.. they worked flawless that after noon ( normal shifting) at night my dad got home.. and we live around a bunch of twisties.. so we went out and he destoryed the road for like half and hour..motor mounts where ok.. now tonite.. i take my rado out.. and im feeling heavy thuding again.. like my motor mounts are shot.. i tightend the front lower.. cuz im not with my jack at the moment.. is there anyway the top front and lower rear and rear top could have came loose? i put thread lock.. help is greatly appreciated

When do u hear the thud? Is there any play in ur wheels? it could be a strut bearing. jack the car up and shake the wheels. If not, id say pull the front mount out and inspect it.

greg.. i hear the thud when i let off the gas completley.. and when i step back on the gas theres a slight hestaion. and nice loud thud.. those where the same symptoms as when my motor mounts where blown.. now they have been in for 1 hour! you cant blow a poly turn2 casual shifting

Did you closely inspect your front motor mount bracket? They can break.

i have turn2 mounts and im very disapointed in them the motor moves all over the place the stock mounts held it better. im upgrading to VF mounts as soon as i can
