Anybody have the Parrot CK3000 upgrade kit?

I just installed a Parrot CK3000 in my Jetta, and I love it! My only issue is a little pop when the parrot relay takes over the speaker system. Does anybody else experience this?
I was wondering if anybody on the vortex had the upgrade/serial cable and if they would be willing to ship it out to me, and I'll pay for shipping both ways so I can upgrade the firmware from my current 2.40 to the newest 3.13.
I don't really want to buy one to do a one time upgrade, since it seems the firmware on these things has ceased development due to the newer models available.

Bluetooth hands free telephone kit. It's probably the best one on the market right now. The ck3100 was recently released, ut I've yet to see anyone give a review.
