Say it isn't so - No Deep Blue Pearls left in CA state

Can anyone confirm or deny the truth in this statement? A friend who's finally getting one, can't find it in blue.
Guess my second R will have to be Red or Silver one

. It also appears that the "rarest" color (Tornado Red) is represented with the highest numbers in availability throughout the state.
Edit: No NEW DBPs - for clarification purposes

I left the dealer bought a $70 one way ticket to LA and bought a blue with leather from a dealer with 1500 miles instead

I just bought the last Blue R32 in Southern California Last night in Indio at Paridise VW, half way to Arizona from LA. According to my 300 calls last week to dealers in all of the South West, I believe there are no more. From my Research in California about ~20 Reds, ~15 Silver, ~8 Black.
Or I could be wrong, but I'm good friends with the Owner of the VW dealership down the street and they confirm the numbers.

Yeah, rare doesn't always mean good. George@Dubwars' blue taillights are "rare"... and for a good reason too.

When i bought my Black one in CA last Sunday they said there are only 3 left after mine. they had one other on the lot no leather. 2 in LA i hear.
They had 2 red ones. Had to pay extra for the black becuase there were not many left....bah.

I just picked up a red one from Patrick Motors in Auburn, MA. They had 1 black with cloth left, and a used blue one with about 8000 miles. Better act fast

A. not reported sold
or
B. not sold and in inventory

Also what color?

Well, I meant the last blue one in SD. I personally checked all of the dealerships in the SD area for a blue one. When I got mine the next closest dealer with a blue one was up in Murrietta (which is gone now, I had a friend that was interested in the blue and he called a couple weeks ago and it was gone.)
