Like Sirius or XM?
My deck can do that right now, and all it requires is a subscription and an additional antennae for it IIRC. I don't have it hooked up, but just check out your HU mfg.

i have xm in my celic aand love it
opie & anthony are on it now so i nearly die laughing when im driving
