DAMN! those are huge... by the way, where do you find rims like that for models... I'm building a MK2 GTI, and I want a different look...

Yeah it is, I have another one in silver, and 2 Rabbit ones (non-cabriolet), one of which I am turning into my car (complete with ats cups) and the other already looks alot like the 1976 Rabbit I bought yesterday.

I was thinking about how to do that too, maybe take one of the bumpers on it (plastic euro's or the Rabbit cabriolet they made with the big us bumpers) and use some other plastic and body filler to make them, and use the fender flares off of a GTI one or the silver cabriolet one and smooth them out, and just improvise the side skirts.
