Anyone else remember the good old days?
I'll start.
Lopes's car was one of my favorites.

The good thing is that it looks like motorsport styling is going to make a comeback this year I think. Colormatching is going to take the place of textured stuff IMO.

To me Late Apex circa BBS Rx's and PowerHouseMike red with black stockies was tuner style done fun....

i dont think the motorsport style that pat and jacovini have can really be out of style its a you like or you hate it deal, i like it when its done right .

can't find any pics since rennsport's site is dead, but dereik's old jetta (salty D) was motorsport before motorsport style existed. 18"s, ABT kit, splitter, 4 GLX buckets, 6-speed.

Here's my car at H2o (2004), I've loved the ABT styling since I've been into dubs (1999)....however I'm unclear to why it's called "motorsport tuning".
ABT GRILL AND MIRRORS TO BE ADDED IN THE SPRING!

Someone post up the ginster from socal w/ the OZ's and flares...probably the cleanest motorsports VW i've ever seen...too bad most of these motorsports styled cars aren't ever used for motorsports though

So long as "motorsport tuning" does not include triangle VWS hood stickers...I dunno, but that is definately played out...my hood sports a couple of motorsport-style freeway scars though

...
