Although it was reduce from... some speed thatwas fast... to 85, 20 mph over, Speed Greater than Reasonable and Prudent I got out of criminal speeding and huge fines (nice guys only finish last with the ladies) so I'm kinda happy, but I got rid of one of my ticket's with School, had my accident, and now got this, I hope it doesn't mean I lose my liscense till 18, but since my court date isn't until 4 days before my 18th birthday I think I may be able to pull this off either way.

whether court is 4 days before your 18th is irrelevant, it is determined by the date of the offense, and at this point it will be discretionary by the judge, but you do stand a chance of losing your license. You should have a graduated license which is 3 strikes and your out, your lucky it wasnt criminal cause that woulda done the trick right off the bat.
given your driving record i would hope that you lose your license maybe it will wise you up to the error of your ways

My insurance was only quoted 10 bucks more a month when the one ticket I had was still showing up... it was wierd. Hopefully now it'll only be that much, we'll have to see. I doubt It'll get suspended.

I'll have to take a pic of all of the tickets I have been able to find. right now I have copies of 24 of them. I think I'm missing about 8 or 9 though. Yes, I'm serious.

Martin, the scary thing is I HAVE gotten out of a LOT of tickets.
~32-34 tickets, DUI, drag racing, exhibition of speed, careless driving, reckless driving, felony fleeing and eluding, unlawfull squealing of tires, and countless tickets for speeding. The list goes on and on. I've gone the past 4 months without a ticket tho....

Oh yeah, the fleeing and eluding was in the 83 'rocco.

You can get out off all of those tickets but i cant get out of one lousy NAU parking ticket.

Hehe, ummm, those aren't the ones I got out of. Unfortunately, those are just some of the ones that I've gotten nailed with.

Yeah, most colleges suck like that. I had like two dozen parking tickets when I was at University of North Dakota. They actually got in trouble because their ticket-bishes were earning a commission on the tickets they wrote!!!!

I had to park in a employee lot because the Central Resident Lot at my building was full. Many of the cars in the resident lot didnt have parking passes. So instead of ticketing the cars with no permits they ticket the cars with permits that have no other place to park.

It has nothing to do with the judge's discretion. If you are convicted of your second moving violation (first being the accident, second being this speeding ticket) the MVD will suspend your license for 3 months. Start reading up on finding a good lawyer.
