Need advice vr or 1.8t

hey whats up guys and girls, now I already know the pros and cons of both, but i need to add a twist. I cant do more to the cars than chips and suspension. The cars are executive cars form VWag so they need to stay almost stock, so no bigger turbos, n200 valves (hahahaha) or stuff like that. SO u think the vr would be better? I love that vr sound, but mmmmmmmmmm boost.

if you cant do ANYTHING but chip and suspension, get the 1.8t - it will respond better to a chip than a vr.
if you can do an exhaust and all that, personally, the vr6 sounds so nice...there are days i really wish i had one.
oh and...there is a sticky will all this info in it at the top of the page.

I say 1.8T you can tune the shat out of it and spank most VR's around.

haha yup, and i put a new rockon smiley in the registry faq post haha

Seriously, a chip on the 1.8T will give you more hp than a chip on the VR..BUT VR6 comes already with 20hp more

Thats what I was thinking chip on 1.8t will give you prob 200hp vr has it already so a chip and a tt exhaust (looks stock hahaha) shold give me like 20 more and a killer sound. throw on h&R cup kit and I have a good cheap fun car what you guys think.
