TM Tuning sells something similar (maybe even that one) Not sure which model it is though

they actually still make them, but they cost a pretty penny!!
192.57 EUR (inkl. MwSt.) that's 192 with tax (which I wouldn't have to pay thanks to the SOFA), but unfortunatley a savings that could not be passed on. I'm sure they could be found cheaper, but that's straight off their homepage. probably check out ebay.de for better prices or maybe the local shops.

I have one it was $100 from electrodyne or someplace, but like $40 on shipping from germany.
