knocking sound from front passenger strut, brand new

i just installed a set of new bilstein struts and springs and the front passenger one is making a knoking sound when i go over speed bumps and potholes, any clews on how to fix that

I'd check to make sure you have everything tight up top (strut bearing and bushing) first. If it's not that, I'd look to see about swaybar rubbing issues on the driveshaft.
