New info life sucks

Future plans.
Since the car is trashed I am thinking when I get back from AK next year (isolated duty tour) I am going to do an apr stage 3+ , full apr exhaust, apr Front Mount, and a 2.0 stroke kit. How does this sound. I am also debating putting a 20th AE 6 spd in place of the 5 spd would this be worth the time and money or should I just put in a 5 spd and call itr good.

Well the rest of the story that didnt show up was
"I let my friend borrow my car last night (2001 Golf GLS 1.8t 4 dr 5 speed) b/c he needed to run to Reno (we live about 70 miles away). I get a call 4 hours later saying my transmission went out on him. So I asked him where the car was. He sayed they ppshed it into a neighborhood here in town (Fallon). I went to my car and there was a puddle we passed about 2 blocks before it that I didnt even think trwice about. When I got to my car I could see a puddle of oil underneath it. I started it and tried to put into gear. Every gear is neutral. Nothing works. Me and my fiance start back tracking the path of the car (following the oil) we got to that puddle that was two blocks before and there is two gears laying in the road along with about a 3in x 3in piece of my transmission housing and a bunch of little pieces. As we keep going about a mile up the road you can see where the tranny started leaking. I call my friend back and he says all that happens is he heard a little pop and then it stopped working. I asked him how only "a little pop" blew a hole in the bottom of my transmission. He says he doesnt know. So we put my car onto a trailer and take it home. While pushing it onto the trailer we see that my entire GLI lip is ripped in half from one side of the car to the other (I have a jetta front end) When we get the car home we continue to inspect it and find that both the front innerfender wells have holes in them. Holes from where the tires ate through them. 4 in wide and about 8 or 9 in high. Also the plastic is stuck in my tires all the way around the tire like little spikes. Also all of the front plastic on my car is broken. Now I dont know what to do. My car is so messed up and I dont know how. Will my insurance cover this? Any suggestions."

This happened 3 weeks ago and now insurance wont cover it. Total damage is 8500.00 what should I do. I am thinking court.

go to court and ditch the b!tch if you know what i mean, IMO stick with the 5spd
