I live in California and i just got a GHL CAI and i forgot to check if it was C.A.R.B. legal. So is it. If not i hiope i dont get pulled over.

you won't really get pulled over for CAIs (most cops won't even know you have one). Even if you do get pulled over, you have the right the refuse the cop's proposal to inspect the inside of the hood UNLESS he has a warrant. people should learn that they can actually say NO to cops.
I think it's the inspection, emissions test that you should worry about with non CARB exempt intakes. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

He needs to know because in Cali he won't pass inspection unless its legal. Noone is going to pull him over for that.

The GHL CAI looks like it is stock. All i was worried about is since GHL recently came out with its CAI, if it was legal and i wont have to go through the trouble of taking and putting it back on when i needed to smog it. Thanks for the responces.
