Most Americans have no clue. No car control and not an idea of the rules of the road. The Europeans take driving seiously. Maybe you are different.

yeah, i totally miss living and driving over there! people actually know how to drive correctly! but it's really toooooo easy driving over there...you don't EVER have to think. there are signs, or lights or the good old "right before left" rule to guide the way. we're lucky if we have painted lines on the roads here

no wonder we have so many bad drivers.

the german mentality on cars is a whole different deal. driving, building. all the same. over here these toilet american cars are built by illeagal alians for pennies, its just a job to them. stamp it out and go home. over in germany, its a passion. they like cars, and they are damn profectionest! (i know a german or 2)

i just have to say that the whole time i was driving over there, i was complaining about how bad drivers in america are. they drive without distractions over there, i didn't see anyone talking on cell phones, doing makeup, etc while driving. also, i loved how everyone merges into the right lane to get out of the way of an oncoming left-lane car, and NOONE hits their brakes when they are within feet of the car in front of them because they merge at the correct speed!!! it's perfect, they actually know how to drive and aren't so retardedly defensive as americans.

There are not many illegal aliens building cars in the states. Most of the people on the assembly line are Union. The unions are why we spend so much on cars. Without the unions we would be paying less for cars and would not be complaining about the prices of gasoline. OR in Europe Pertol.
