those are bs. however by ionizing the air molecules, basically they create O3 ( ozone ) from the combination of multiple O2s. for such thing you will require energy. not some foil with "mineral" in them.
there is so many of these "free power " bs in the market, one of them is econochip which they say it has a magnetic field that crystalizes the arrangement of gas molecules for better complete combustion. which is BS. i checked the item in person and it's just a one milimeter thick aluminum. aluminum atoms cannot be polarised to have magnetic field.
