What do I need to do a K0-4 Swap into my 1998 Audi A4 1.8T? This means, not only do I need the turbo, but what other changes would I have to make and how much does this usually set one back?

I believe it's a direct bolt on. You could reap some benefits from it by getting some K04 specific software, but I think it's been covered that the cost of upgrading to a K04 outweighs the rewards. Just going off what I've read...no actual experience. A good search throughout the archives of this forum should yield you a more definitive answer

It's a good upgrade for cars with the small k03, I noticed a large difference and I don't even have k04 software yet. Just running my 1.1bar k03 software.
