Now go a little further and post the offset of the wheel and how low you are and you'll be able to get a response to your rubbing question.
A 255/35/18 would be a nice tire size with a bit of stretch...

Surprisingly, my 265/35s stretch quite a bit....It's also dependent on the tire manufacturer. In my experience, Dunlop and Falken both stretch considerably more than others out there.
