So i went to lunch a while ago and i pull over to get some gas, and behold: There's a pretty bad ass Vr6 already being filled, except the owner has walked away. I use my speed pass, and as i keep staring at it, the owner steps out and gives me a thumbs up. What's crazy is that the owner is a guy in his late 50's. He checks his car, and it's still fueling so he decides to talk to me. It was a cool vw conversation but what got me was the fact that he was riding so much lower than everyone else i've seen around here. It made me feel pretty good to see a guy who's so confident in himself and his car that i just had to write up a post. So the moral of the story is, no matter what happens just keep on dubbing! Till you die.

Its called midlife crisis...i bet he just got divorced and got hair implants too

honestly. i think vw's, audi, porshe, etc are how a car is supposed to be made.. i mean just look @ hondas. theyre garbage.. ford? come on, the european cars are the real ones, alfa romeo, daihistu, puegot, all of em.. unless i import another euro car, i dont think im goig to be driving aroudn in anything else.

nah, i live in a neighborhood where guys like those drive Porsches, and Lotuses. Plus he made it clear that he's owned many other VW's.

my dad is 53 and he drives my car every chance he gets and loves it. He's getting into the whole dub scene too and helping my on my rabbit pickup project. Dub love knows no age limits http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
