....not as light as i thought. They are heavy actually, they are really hollow, 28mm with only 3 or 4 mm thick steel (or someother material).
I am guessing this weight 15lbs @least....
i just can't imagine how much does those solid eibach and neuspeed wieght.
anybody know their approx weight?
this is just to tell those who are looking for sway bars and thought weight is not a really big issue....

The installation of the Autotech swaybars isn't too bad but you have to drill into the rear axle.

I was not able to use the washers and the nuts but only the nuts due to clearance problems with the stock swaybar. I'm not too worried though as the nuts are nylons. I haven't had any problems since December (knock on wood).
Autotech's instructions are fairly straight forward. Let us know if you need anymore help

Does the rearbar actually hang down as far as that picture shows? That's pretty darn low.. I will be purchasing the Autotech rear bar in the very near future.

If you are worried about catching that on the road, you are really low, heh. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif That looks like its almost near the middle of the wheel?

that is some thing that will not ever matter unless you put a 12" rim with a 35 tire on it the rear suspention realy stays a constant height from the ground
it is the car that moves on top of it
yup its heavy but comared to the stock front way better
I gots them and I likes thems
I got the stock front swaybar off a glx for sale make me an offer (bigger than the 2.0 one it think)

no, think about it for a second. If solid metal was THAT much stronger, wouldn't they use them on bike frames? It is about the same strength, but with much less weight.

Not true.

It isn't light, but go pick up a solid 28mm and see the difference. it will make a huge difference in your handling.
I have done 2 installs of these now and have it down to an hour, and that is with manual tools
