As many of you may know I was F'ed on the powdercoating of my wheels, now I'm out the cash, and the "powder coater" won't own up to the fact that he did a $hitty job.
I need to have them redone, and need a place that actually know what they are doing.
Sonewhere in the metro Boston area.
Thanks

Re: Reputable powdercoater (DubTron41)

how much was it to do the black chrome? i was going to do that with my vr intake mani, rather than polishing it.
thanks

Re: Reputable powdercoater (Rd_Warrior)

i used applied plastics for a set of truck wheels, and they came out like di*k.. they even tried baking the plastic center caps, only to melt them... worst service ever... imo of course http://****************.com/smile/emthdown.gif

Evan, was this the guy taht also did Lauren's wheels and intake? if so he does a great job

Why yes it is, the bolts in the wheels were plastic (fake 2 piece) they took every one of them out and bead blasted everything, then re-polished and clear-coated the lips and replaced the fake bolts. the entire inside of the wheel is done as well, top notch work

ill also grab a pic of my friends 02 1.8t a4 quattro sport, he got his wheels powder coated black magic and they came out beautiful
